Only ONE entry PER PERSON per contest will be accepted, multiple
entries will be discarded. All Entries WITHOUT a valid email address will
not be eligible to win. All information will be used for contest purposes
only. At the end of the contest, ONE winner will be picked and notified
through the email given in their entry form. They will then have ONE week
to respond to the email with a mailing address for the prize to be sent
to. If the winner does not respond to the email within one week, they will
forfeit the prize and a new winner will be picked and notified in the same
