Overloaded?

Have you ever had a breaker in your electrical box trip and all the lights on that circuit go out? Do you ever feel like a breaker that is being overloaded? The word of God says we are to "cast our cares on the Lord", and "take up His yoke because it's easy". What does that mean you ask? I think the best way to put it is this, we are not equipped or qualified to carry everything ourselves, we have the Word of God to use to relieve pressure. We also have the Holy Spirit to guide us if we are willing to yield to Him. We have Jesus to "cast our cares on" by receiving all the rights He provided us on the cross. If you stop and examine the things that have you pressurized you will find that they are all things that are really rather small in light of the BIG picture. If they are large, then he took care of that also. The blood of Jesus gives us the ability to conquer any and all things that can come against us in this life. Things like sickness, desease, grief, sadness, depression and addictions, it doesn't matter, you can overcome them through the Anointed One and His anointing. So cheer up, all you need to do is unplug all that stuff that is overloading you! Plug into God's goodness and experience the peace of God.

Vigilant, Bold, and Wise "R" Us

Greetings to all, please check out my article on the front page of KidWise. While writing my blog for this week I realized it needed to be in a more visible place. My convictions are strong concerning Christians and how as such we are to raise our children. I really believe we don't stand strong in some areas that are very important to show strength in. If we refuse to feed our kids the trash the world has to offer them our voices will be heard, not to mention the fact that our kids will be the better for it. The toys our children play with and grow up with are just a part of the infiltration of worldly values that is being thrust at them daily. So let's get wise to the roaring lion that is seeking to devour our children. Let's be vigilant, bold, caring parents who stand up for what is right.
