Locally Connected to Kids!

I am so excited about our local lines into our top cities. KICKS Club is reaching into the communities to reach kids for the Lord! Impacting their lives and making a difference. To think that in Houston, Dallas, Atlanta, Brooklyn, all over the US kids can call and they are calling free! Its not a 1-800 number. That still makes it long distance~ no, these are local lines in their cities. That's making us a local reach for kids. They can call these lines 24 hours a day for prayer and to connect with someone at KICKS Club. We even have a line that kids can call Elmer now. When they call and leave a message for Elmer we will put them on the air via telephone and Elmer can talk to them.

Another exciting thing is we have also reached LONDON the same way! Kids in London at the 0208 area code can call us free! Kids throughout London can call the 0208 phone line and it will become only a long distance call and not an international call now! How exciting! KICKS Club is reaching locally into the United Kingdom, London!

God is bringing kids into His design, His Kingdom and He is using KICKS Club. It is so exciting that kids all around the world can be a part of KICKS Club and be a part locally. KICKS Club is on the cutting edge. There is no one like us in the entire world reaching kids the way we are and that is a privilege and an honor. We want to touch billions of kids and tell them about the love of Jesus, the word of God! We love God's kids! Pray for us and give us a call on one of those local lines. Tell us about your family and reach our prayer line so we can pray for your blessing! "Give us a call!"

Reflection

Have you ever thought about the word "reflection"? Especially when you use it in the meaning that you are 'reflecting' on something? What are you 'reflecting' when you do this? Are you reflecting past failures, attitudes about yourself that you don't measure up? Are you reflecting imperfections or things that need done, or past victories?

When I looked up in the Bible the word reflection I found that this word was never used! So I looked up the next logical word, 'image'. After all, when you use the word reflection you can put the word 'image' right beside it. Now the word image was found, 147 times in the King James version.

So, that tells us that the Lord looks at the importance of 'image' rather than reflection. Like a reflection in a mirror for example. The Lord is more concerned about the image, which is defined as a 'visible impression'. A reflection is defined as an action of throwing back light. We need our reflections to throw back the image of God's light in any and every area!

Always remember as you are in moments of 'reflection' that if you see through a reflection as one does in seeing themselves in a mirror, that there is always an image going to be produced through that reflection. That image is a visible impression that is given based on 'what light are reflecting"? Be sure your reflection is based on and filtered on through the LIGHT of God's word in your life therefore leaving a very positive and productive visible impression for you! That impression being the image of what the Lord has revealed through His LIGHT.

Then you have the true image of the One True God and there will be no other image lifted up to gain any of your reflective attention. God bless and keep your reflections Word filled!

Good Morning!

"Good Morning, rise and shine, for your light has come! The glory of the Lord has risen upon you!" You know, that is Isaiah 60, verse 1 and it is a good morning to you. These quiet times mean so much to me. Seeing the light rise in the early morning hours. I love it... I love hearing the Lord speak, I love hearing Him and His direction and another "most of all" of my Father God, (besides the thousands of other "I love this most of alls" of God's). This - "I love most of all today is", that I love the peace He gives and contentment. It is He who has come to give us peace... Nothing missing and nothing broken in our lives- the 'Shalom', (peace) of God.

In the early morning hours you can hear the rustle of peace swish through like a breeze through a group of trees. Wooooosssssshhhhhhhh, "Peace, peace, wonderful peace, flowing down from the Father above. Sweep over my spirit forever I pray, with fathomless billows of love!" His peace in the morning is there for each of us as well as through all of our every moments throughout a day. That peace speaks loudly in the silence and quiet of the business subsiding, (especially with a house of five kids 2 and under!) Peace. It is yours. It is a free gift and it is a gift of Jesus Himself because He has told us- "He is our Peace..."

It is in that early morning rising of glory that shines on me, that I may begin my day experiencing the many things of God and His goodness - and one of those things is the peace of God. It is there to touch me in the rising of the dawn throughout my day. Sometimes I think I wait for the morning to come so that I can see the rise of His glory and lay down and enjoy His gracious, wonderful, awesome peace that He has given me for every minute of my upcoming days! God bless as you enjoy the "Peace of God', Himself bringing nothing missing and nothing broken in your lives. His peace, He freely gives- just receive it as your own!

Mom's, Work, & Time!

As a mom in full time ministry it is the most difficult thing to look at "time" and seem to fit everything in that small little hour glass! How do I get it all done and go to bed and get a decent amount of sleep, especially with five kids under 2 years old!

As a CEO over a international television ministry with BIG vision, (KICKS Club), our goal is to do a new show each week for kids and do a new "family" show at least twice a month for Golden Eagle Broadcasting and Skyangel (KidWis). We also are planning segments and taping them for a kids network we are believing for. We write all our own music, mix it, and record it in our own studios. We do our own music videos and edit them as well as our shows. We design our own shows, have a staff, and pastor a church that meets various times weekly for our staff! We run meetings and still have to keep up the faith for the financial supply and the growing vision of where we are called to go to for the kids of this nation and even the world! Now add to that daily dirty diapers, baby-food, mac and cheese and chicken nuggets, bottles, laundry, picking up toys, going to the zoo, BATH TIME, laughing, loving, and living the abundant life as a family without sacrificing our family blessings!

First practicalities are a must- My office is out of my home! Our editing suites, our recording studio is where we "have to live", or rather "our home is where they have to be"!

Secondly, without my 27 year old son and daughter (daughter-in-law) -, & my best friend who loves my kids as her own, and a staff who understands my kids are priority so they can pick up the slack for me, it would be impossible! We are in this together! When my husband and I decided to adopt, they knew they were to be a part of it and had to answer a call too.

Thirdly, the Lord made it clear to all of us that we would bless the lives of our kids by not sending them to any babysitters or daycare! That we were to keep our kids right beside us in the ministry making it a family endeavor and family fun. How can puppets be anything else? So, my office sits right in the middle of their play, and they run to me at my computer, or editing studio with their love and smiles and kisses! They are a part of our travels to on location tapings and more. My break? I take them for a daily ride in the conversion van while they love going with me and falling asleep at the same time. I turn on music and we praise and pray, or have my phone meetings while I drive. (My phone meetings have increased! :)

As for time? I admit, I have taken this up with the Lord and asked Him the big "HOW?" He has ministered to my spirit and given me peace by leading me in these things below.

He has lead me to;
"Cast my care upon Him. Don't hang onto what I see "DIDN"T" get done as the clock clicks later into the night or rather, earlier into the morning! Allow Him to plan the days I live and the things I do! Let go of my agenda's and anything else that will cause a care. Stay focused on His way of doing things and not mine."

He has revealed and ministered to me;
"That He has promised His power for me that He will redeem time in each of my days! After-all, He is the author of time. He set it into motion with His spoken word! The day and the night- He knows how to empower my days with His redemption for every drop of sand in the hour glass of time that seems to continuously run! My Father, the author of time is in my life for He has everything in His order, His concern and, "He perfects that which concerns me". He is the Lord of time in my life and it is His responsibility to empower every minute with His anointing to get the job done while I spread His love to my kids that they will never turn from His gracious goodness. My God knows, IF I DO THIS FOR HIM, HE must DO THIS FOR ME!!!!"

You know, it was the Lord that took 2 fish and five loaves, all centered around a child and blessed it and multiplied it! He will do that for our children and for us as parents! Well, it wasn't just the bread and fish He multiplied that day! IT WAS TIME! A culmination of time is what He gave to thousands of people that day so I could see that if He did it for them, He will do it for me! He took 12 men and feed 15,0000 people at dinner time!!! AT DINNER TIME! It didn't take all day to feed 15,000 with 12! It only took a moment in that hour glass of time. A moment that was empowered by His blessing! He promises the same for us as the Loving Shepherd that He is!

MY MOMENTS, EVERY MINUTE, EVERY DROP OF SAND IS MULTIPLIED, AND EMPOWERED WITH HIS BLESSING! That's me as a mom! Moms, families, receive His blessing today to redeem your hour glass of time with His culmination and empowerment! His love empowers even the moments in our every-days! He is Lord of time!
