Why did I answer the call?: "God's provision for His kids!"

Why did I answer the call to families? Well first and foremost, I found reaching kids and families is a blessing and a God design! It is so important to the Lord and He made it clear to me in His word that He has included provision for kids as well as families. Lots of times we only see it for adults and individuals. We find this message of that provision in Genesis 22. A story so many are aware of and often misunderstand. The story of Abraham and Isaac as Isaac was offered to God as a sacrifice!

1st, God requires us to see that He sees children as a gift from Him and an offering into His care from us. In Genesis 22:1 we find Abraham and Isaac's story. Whenever you see an offering given you must know and see that there is a plan for increase and harvest. Here we find that God wants to increase and bring harvest to kids as we offer them to the Lord and teach them his ways. Whether you work with kids, are a family with one or more kids, or don't even feel called to minister to them at all, you can touch a child's life through those God has called and reap a harvest for them and for yourself as Abraham did. Remember, that provision came to Abraham in conjunction with a kid!

2ndly, We find Abraham and Isaac at Mt. Moriah, we're God's Son was given for His increase and His offering of us- the children of God! That Son was Jesus! He wants to bring increase and harvest to our lives individually and He loved us so much He gave Himself for us, He gave His very own blood through Jesus that we would be bought with a rich price. So many can see in Abraham and Isaac's story the sacrifice required of the father but... do they see the sacrifice of the Son? That story goes on!

3rdly, We find that beginning in Genesis 22:13 how that story goes on and brings to light that this place Abraham brought Isaac was called the place of Jehovah Jireh. The Lord our provider, of all things, nothing missing and nothing broken in our lives! How powerful that we can see in these verses that when Abraham was offering up his son, God made a provision! Jehovah Jireh made a provision for the kid! That provision wasn't just for Abraham! NO WAY! Can you imagine how excited and how much joy Isaac felt that God was with him, and for him, and made a provision "for him" too? He was the one facing the biggest loss! God made a provision for him as a child! God has made a provision for His kids and for those who are ministering to His kids. That's RICH! God has made a provision for families.

Do you know the extent of that? If you really see then you can understand that God has made provision for you to minister to kids and as parents to pay for anything your kids need! Even college tuitions, clothes, food, your home, EVERYTHING! For me, that also means camera's, beta tapes, production centers, props, supplies, television time, on and on and on! Personally, it even means for my adoptions and a culmination of time to take care of my kids and do the ministry! God makes it clear that kids overflow provisions are meet in His plan and He is in the business of meeting all their needs.

Ministries, families, people called to reach kids need to realize that there is provision for kids that hasn't even been released in this earth in the magnitude that God has planned and designed! I have put myself in the position to receive that and for God's kids to receive a blessing through me that belongs to them! Just as Abraham did for Isaac. I offer up every child and family we reach as an offering to the Lord for His blessing of Jehovah Jireh to touch their lives. He has provide Jesus and all that He has promised through the sacrifice of His son. As we in this ministry offer up by faith and our obedience to the call He has placed on our lives to reach kids, He will provide for us, and He will provide for them all that He is and all that He has. I can expect great prosperity to fulfill God's dream through Jesus Christ in reaching the kids of this world!!!

That's the biggest reason why I have answered the call.
