Happy Trails!

I was trying to find a nut and bolt in the garage today to fix my bike. Wow! I didn't know how many sizes and types there are! Some are hex head or Phillips or straight, fine thread or coarse, not to mention all the different sizes. I spent more time looking for the right nut and bolt then I did fixing my bike. I think the lesson I learned is sometimes you need to ask someone to help you so you don't waste so much time trying yourself. If I would have asked Ralph to help me I would have had more time to ride my bike. God is always there to help us with stuff if we just ask Him, and I think that's way cool! So, if you ask Him the way and trust Him, then you will be on the right trail. My trail bike didn't get much riding because I had to do it all myself. But next time, I will get help so I can do more trail riding. Happy Trails! I'm outta here.....

Me and My Sticky Chin

Yesterday I was playing outside and my friend Ralph said to me, "I see you have been eating a peanut butter and jelly sandwich".

I said, "How did you know that? I didn't want anyone to know so I wouldn't have to share."

Ralph said,"It's really simple Elmer, you shall know them by their fruits. Your fruits are all over your chin." Hee Hee! :-)

The next time I'll plan on sharing my peanut butter and jelly sandwich because me and my selfishness was, "so busted!" I may have a full tummy but, I've also got a sticky chin! I know now it's true, "Your sin will find you out."

Re-charged!

Wow! I had to change the batteries in one of my toys because they were dead. God doesn't want us to be like dead batteries. I think I want to be like rechargeable batteries because they never run out of power, if they get weak you just charge them up. I think I will go charge myself up in the Word of God because I really like being juice.
